8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 pound medium shrimp, peeled

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

8 tablespoons (1 finger) unsalted butter, divided

4 cloves of minced garlic

½ 1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

2 cups small leaf watercress

¼ cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped


How to make garlic butter shrimp pasta:


In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package; Drain it well.

Add shrimp with salt and pepper to taste. Leave it aside.
