Healthy noodles ingredients
- 250 grams of Chinese noodles
- 750 grams of frozen oriental mixed vegetables, ready to prepare Chinese food
- 500g chicken breasts cut into rectangular pieces
- 5 cloves of crushed garlic
- ½ cup fresh ginger, grated
- A pinch of white spice
- 1 cup of soy sauce
How to make Chinese noodles
- Mix the garlic, ginger, pepper, chicken, and half the amount of soy sauce, stir the mixture well, then cover the bowl and put it in the fridge for an hour, stirring from time to time.
- Boil the noodles in a saucepan of salted water with oil, then drain them well.
- Heat a little vegetable oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken and stir constantly until done. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same pan, fry the vegetables over high heat, stirring.
- Add the noodles to the vegetables with the remainder of the soy sauce, stir the mixture gently, then serve hot with the chicken pieces.
