  • ⅓ cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Then dip it in 2 tablespoons of flour.
  2. Heat a spoonful of oil and a tablespoon of butter in a deep frying pan over a medium heat, and cook the chicken pieces for 5 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken from the pan.
  3. Add the remaining oil and 2 tablespoons of flour to the pan, stir for 30 seconds, add the broth, stirring for two minutes, then add salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the potatoes, milk, salt, pepper and a spoonful of butter, and stir well.
  5. Serve the chicken pieces with potatoes and gravy.

  • 1 kg thick chicken breast, devoid of bones and skin, cut into cubes
  • 500g grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 kilogram potato, peeled and diced
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

2. In an oven tray, place the chicken and potatoes, add oil and season with paprika, salt, black pepper and garlic powder. My heart mix well.

3. Cover the tray with tin foil and put it in the oven for 50 minutes. Take it out and remove the tin, then sprinkle the cheese and green onions on top.

4. Put the tray in the oven again for 4-5 minutes, until the cheese melts.
