- 1 kilo chicken, divided into 4 pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- ½ 1 teaspoon paprika

- Red food coloring
- 1 cup liquid milk
- 1 tablespoon grated peeled ginger

Tandoori chicken way
- Wash the chicken well with water, salt and lemon and rub it well with the spices to ensure that the zest and the smell are eliminated
- Wash the chicken well.
- Make some slits in chicken with a knife.
- Spread salt and pepper into the cracks and over the chicken, then set aside.
- In an electric mixer, mix the oil, garlic, and lemon juice
- Add paprika, masala, ginger and milk, then mix again until completely homogeneous.

- 2 tablespoons of yogurt

- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons tandoori spices

- 5 slices of tomato
- 8 slices of lettuce
- 4 Arabic bread
For Sauce:
- 8 tablespoons of tahini
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Pinch of hot red pepper
- 4 tablespoons of water
How to make a Tandoori chicken sandwich
1. Mix lemon with yogurt and vinegar, one tablespoon of tandoori spices and salt in a plate, then dip the chicken in the mixture and leave it for half an hour in the refrigerator.
2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, then put the chicken pieces in it and fry it until soft. Add the chicken after removing it from the skillet with the remaining spoonful of the tandoori seasoning.
3. Mix the sauce ingredients together until they are completely combined.
4. Stuff the bread with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and sauce, then roll the bread over the filling in a roll.

- 2 tablespoons of tandoori spices

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 piece of ginger, peeled and mashed
For the gesture:
- 2 cups rice
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- Pinch of saffron
- salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
Fatteh Sauce:
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of Labneh
- Juice of lemon
- Pinch of salt
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
To decorate:
- Toast, diced
- parsley
- Toasted nuts
How to make Tandoori chicken fattah
1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, oil, tomato paste, lemon, ginger, tandoori spices, salt, black pepper, turmeric and cumin. Stir the mixture well, then dip the chicken in it and leave it to soak for two hours.
2. In a pot over a stove, heat the oil with the butter, then add the onions and saute until wilted, then add the washed rice, turmeric, saffron and salt. Stir the mixture and add the water until the rice is covered.
3. Leave the rice to cook until the mixture boils, then cover and reduce the heat to low, cook until the water is absorbed and cooked.
4. Preheat the grill and grill the chicken on both sides.
5. Mix the sauce ingredients in a deep bowl and leave it aside. Spread an amount of bread at the bottom of the serving plate, then the rice, followed by the chicken, then the sauce and finally the rest of the bread, nuts and parsley.
