How to make tortilla soup with black beans and chipotle:
1- Heat a large saucepan over medium heat. Once the saucepan is heated up, add the oil, garlic, onion, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently until the onions are translucent and the peppers are soft.
2. Add cumin, chili powder, chipotle pepper, and vegetable broth, then stir to boil.
