  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup of yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided
  • ½ 1 teaspoon red food coloring
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • ¼ 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • ½ 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese
  • ½ 1 cup powdered sugar with extra for garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon of milk

How to make a crepe cake:


1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, yogurt, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, red coloring, and oil. In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients.

2. Add the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients, whisk them together until you have a smooth dough. Leave it aside for 30 minutes.

3. Heat an oiled frying pan, pour in an amount of dough. When bubbles start to form on the surface of the dough, flip it over to the other side with a spoon. Repeat the step with the remaining mixture.

4. While the crepe cools, prepare the filling. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and the remaining vanilla extract to create a smooth cream.

5. Arrange the cakes, alternating layers of crepe with layers of cream, making sure to finish with one last layer of crepe. Sprinkle the face with powdered sugar and serve.
