  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 cup sliced ​​mushroom
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of crusty oregano
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooking cream
  • 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 250 grams of boiled pasta
  • 1 teaspoon shredded Parmesan cheese

  1. In a pot over a stove, put the butter, leave it until it melts and add the garlic.
  2. Add chopped mushrooms.
  3. Stir until it changes color, then put onions and stir until transparent.
  4. Sprinkle the oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Put the flour and my heart, then add the chicken broth.
  6. Put a cup of cooking cream, followed by spinach.
  7. Put another cup of cooking cream.
  8. Leave the mixture to a boil and add the boiled pasta.
