How to make a chilled herb-covered tuna salad:


2 tablespoons of fresh parsley

2 tablespoons minced fresh chives

2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon

1 tablespoon Kosher salt

1 steak sushi tuna, 1 inch thick

2 tablespoons of canola oil

12-ounce red beets, peeled and cut into small pieces

1 small packet of orange and mandarin chunks, cooled and drained

How to make a chilled herb-covered tuna salad:


1. In a small bowl, mix the parsley, chives, tarragon, and kosher salt. Heart them well so they blend together.

2. Rub the mixture on both sides of the tuna.
