Stuffed cabbage ingredients
- 5 tomatoes
- The head of a medium onion
- 1 ¼ cup Egyptian rice
- Small cabbage head
- salt

How to make stuffed cabbage
1- In a bowl, boil some water and add cumin to it, then boil the cabbage in it
2- After boiling the cabbage, gently boil it with cold water
To make the sauce:
3- In a side bowl, mix the tomato juice with the onion, after chopping it very small
4- Add the salt and the rest of the spices to the mixture and stir well
5- Chop the parsley very small, and add it to the previous mixture
6- Add the rice and flip for consistency, then stuff the cabbage leaves with it after cutting it to the appropriate size
7 - Arrange the stuffed cabbage in a bowl and cover it with soup and put it on the stove for 45 minutes and until it is completely cooked. It can be served from Ramadan menus
