  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 - 2 slice puff pastry
  • ¼ cup cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • cinnamon


How to make apple rose tart with cream cheese:


1. Remove the apple seeds and slice them thinly.

2. Mix apple slices, lemon juice, and water in a bowl and put it in the microwave for 3 minutes.

3. Cool the bowl in some ice water. Dry the apple slices, then set them aside.

4- Roll out the puff pastry and divide it into 4 slices.

5. Spread the cream cheese and sprinkle the sugar on the puff pastry.

6- Arrange the apple slices vertically on one half of each slice and sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
