  • 1 tablespoon green tea

  • 1 large bunch of mint

  • 4 tablespoons of sugar (to taste)

  1. In a saucepan, heat the water to a boil.
  2. Meanwhile, put the tea in the jug.
  3. After the water boils, pour the boiling water over the tea with a pitcher.
  4. Heat the jug over the fire for 5 minutes.
  5. Wash the mint well with cold water, then put the mint in a jug.
  6. Add sugar to your liking, and stir until completely dissolved.
  7. Leave the jug on the stove for 3 minutes.
  8. Pour the tea into serving cups and serve hot either on its own or alongside desserts.
