Coconut butter
Many women buy coconut butter from different stores, or from perfumers, but you can easily make it at home using the following method, which will only take you a few minutes.

- 1 coconut
- 5 tablespoons of cold water
Coconut butter method
- Cut the coconut in the middle with a sharp knife.
- Take out the white heart from the fruit with a metal spoon.
- Cut the core into small cubes and place them in an electric food processor.
- Run the food processor for minutes, chop until smooth.
- Add water.

- Drain the coconut using a very tight cloth or colander.
- Put the liquid that comes out in a sterile glass jar.
- Leave the jar for 24 hours.
- You will find that the liquid has turned into two layers, a layer of cream on top and coconut butter on the bottom.
- Put the jar in the refrigerator.
- When the cream freezes, discard it and leave the butter for use.
