Ingredients of the method of making Maltesers chips:


  • 200 grams of milk chocolate, chopped
  • 200 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 395g - 1 packet of sweetened condensed milk
  • 250 gr Maltesers


How to make Maltesers strips:


  1. Mix the milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and condensed milk in a heated bowl over a saucepan half-filled with boiling water (make sure not to touch the pot of water). Stir the mixture every now and then for 5 minutes or until the chocolate has melted and the consistency is smooth.
  2. Grease a 19 cm square cake tray and line it with parchment paper, leaving the edges of the paper easy to bend. Keep around 15 Maltesers chocolate, and scatter the rest in the prepared tray. Pour the chocolate mixture over the Maltesers.
  3. Spread on the face the remaining Maltesers beads. Put the tray in the fridge for two hours or until the desserts are firm. Use parchment paper to lift jewelry from the tray. Cut the jewelry into squares and serve.
