 pizza is one of the favorite pastries for everyone, especially children. Women prefer to work at home in order to ensure its quality, to make a dough.

A successful pizza prefers to stick to the following tips:

  • Spread the dough in the tray and cut it with a fork, then put it in the oven without the filling ingredients for 6-8 minutes.
  • Do not increase the amount of filling on top of the pizza, the less the better.
  • Preferably use dark colored pizza trays.
  • Place the pizza on the bottom rack of the oven.
  • If you find it difficult to shape the pizza, let it rest for 10 minutes and then return to shaping it.
  • To make different pizza dough, use different types of flour, such as bread flour, semolina, and barley.
  • It is preferable to use olive oil to make pizza instead of regular oils.
  • To get the best result of pizza dough, cover and place in the cooler after kneading and leave overnight, take it out of the refrigerator
  • Leave it for 2-3 hours until it is ferment, then roll it out in the tray.
  • To make an even-fish pizza, roll the dough with a rolling pin.
  • Use more than one cheese over the pizza (mozzarella, cheddar, turkey, parmesan).
