1½ cup semolina

Pinch of salt

How to make basbousa with cream and coconut:




1- In a bowl, beat the eggs, vanilla, oil, and cream.

2- In another bowl, put semolina, milk powder, salt, sugar, coconut, and baking powder, then mix well.

3- Add the first mixture to the second and mix by hand until the mixture becomes thick.

4- In a tray greased with tahini, put the mixture and shake the tray gently, then put it in the oven until its sides are browned, then take it out.

5- Put the sweetened syrup on the tray when taking it out, you can increase the amount as desired.
