There are different ways to make Kunafa, whether plain Kunafa, Kunafa with cream, Kunafa with cheese, and other types to suit all tastes. In this article, we will present the various methods of making Kunafa that any woman should try in her home.


Kunafa ingredients


  • 2 cups crumbled Konafa
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons of starch
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup peanuts
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 2 cups of sorbet


Kunafa method


  1. Put the butter on the fire until it becomes liquid.
  2. Stir the butter with the crumbled Kunafa and put half of the mixture in a tray.
  3. Add milk after boiling it on the starch.
  4. Put the milk with starch on the Konafa with peanuts and coconut.
  5. Put the second half of the Kunafa.
  6. Put the tray in the oven until it turns golden.
  7. Take the Kunafa out of the oven and pour it with the sherbet while it is hot.

  • 2 cups Konafa
  • 1 cup of sherbet
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup Chantilly cream
  • 2 cups of vanilla ice cream
  • ½ cup ghee


How to make kunafa with ice cream
